Low through mid frequencies are enhanced in an amazing way when audio is passed through a step-up transformer. These are the same British manufactured transformers used to service Neve equipment, and are partly responsible for that classic Rupert Neve sound. Dubbed the Audio Magic Blue Nev-5554, this piece of gear will add buttery smooth character and enhanced low end to your audio recordings and mixes. Sounds are glued together via electromagnetic signal conversion.
