Place your order on a customized MPC-2000XL unit by Big Noise Entertainment. These units are upgraded with MC-2000XL SD/CF media card readers, they are also upgraded with 32MB of internal memory. The Custom MPC skin is hand fabricated from African Lacewood, this is solid 3/4″ exotic wood made to last the life of the MPC. The units are upgraded with extra large grey rubber feet, black drum pads, custom knobs and slider. Mechanical enhancements, new or refurbished display. These units are also equipped with a proprietary damping system under the pad actuators to reduce physical bounce and enhance drum hit accuracy. Colored anodized face-plates will also be available, stay tuned for pictures and updates on flavors and options. Built per request and delivered within 30 days from order.
The MPC-2000XL can be upgraded to include the Akai 8 output and digital I/O board, Aaki multi-effects processor board, SMPTE board, MPC Sound Library, and alternate internal disk storage mediums can be added. The MPC-2000XL is a classic, and still perfect, entry level, studio quality sampler-sequencer that you can use to start making killer HipHop tracks just like the pros do! It has been used by Cirrus, Todd Terry, Drugs Beats, Roni Size, Black Milk, Freddy Fresh, Linkin Park, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Kanye West, Kev Brown, Dr. Dre, Apollo 440 and Noiseman.
