Replace the stock screws on the sides of your MPC, with these stylish stainless steel flat head Allen screws. Paired with stainless steel finishing washers, this hardware kit is a beautiful upgrade for you Akai MPC. Adding a nice mechanical touch to your machine. These are the same hardware kits we use on the custom Big Noise MPC’s.

It’s very important that all your chassis screws are installed and properly tightened to get the full EMI performance from your MPC chassis. This ensures a resistance to Radio Frequency signals in the air generated from Studio Equipment, Wi-Fi, Cellular Phones and Public / Private RF communications. These signals can actually creep into your unit and degrade it’s performance or sound quality. These “Stainless Steel” screws / washers go on the sides of the MPC.
